Krishna Travels – Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refund
You may apply for a refund under the following circumstances:
- Captain Cancellation: If the Captain cancels the ride after the booking has been confirmed.
- Vehicle No-Show: If the Captain fails to arrive at the pick-up location after a reasonable waiting period (e.g., 15 minutes) from the scheduled time.
- Incorrect Charges: If an overcharge occurs due to a technical error.
- Force Majeure: If Krishna Travels or the Captain is unable to provide the ride due to unavoidable circumstances like floods or civil unrest.
- Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Rider Cancellation: If the Rider cancels after the time limit when a Cancellation Fee is applicable.
- No-Show by Rider: If the Captain arrives at the pick-up location and the Rider fails to show up after the designated waiting time (e.g., 5 minutes). Any advance payment made in this case is non-refundable.
- Trip Completion: Refunds will not be processed based on dissatisfaction with the fare after a trip has been successfully completed.

After Captain is assigned & within 2 minutes ₹0 (Free Cancellation)
After Captain is assigned & after 2 minutes A cancellation fee of ₹[Number] (e.g., ₹50) applies Refund Process- Refund requests must be submitted through the Krishna Travels app or by contacting Customer Support.
- If the refund request is approved, the refund amount will typically be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, Wallet) within 5-7 working days.
- The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank/payment gateway.
