Please read these Terms and Conditions (‘Terms’) carefully before using the Krishna Travels app or website associated with santhoshrcf.com. By using Krishna Travels services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Service
Krishna Travels, provided via santhoshrcf.com, is a technology platform that connects users (‘Riders’) with independent drivers (‘Captains’) who provide transportation services. Krishna Travels does not itself provide transportation services.
Account and Registration

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and register for a personal account.
It is your responsibility to ensure your account information (name, mobile number, payment details) is always accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and must maintain the security and secrecy of your account password.

When you book a ride, an estimated fare will be displayed. The final charge will be applied after the trip is completed.
You must pay the Captain or Krishna Travels using the method selected during booking (Cash, Online Payment).
Toll fees, state taxes, and other applicable surcharges may be part of the trip fare or collected separately.

A Cancellation Policy applies to both Riders and Captains.
If a Rider cancels after a specified time, a Cancellation Fee may apply. This charge will be collected on your next trip or deducted from your online payment method.

Riders must treat the Captain and vehicle with respect.
Smoking or consuming alcohol in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
Damage or defacement of the vehicle (beyond normal wear and tear) will result in a heavy penalty charge to the Rider.

Krishna Travels is solely a technology aggregator operating under santhoshrcf.com. Krishna Travels is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by the Captain’s negligence or conduct during the trip.
In case of an emergency, Riders must contact local authorities (Police, Ambulance).

Governing Law
