And now you can adjust the graph of first key frame and second key frame after that process you need to choose rotate option and now you can add another three key frames in starting and keep as 55° and now choose the middle option and keep as -50 ° and keep ending and keep it as -12°.

Now you can adjust the graph as per your way because the graph can be desides that the text layer can be moving as a wavelength. After the process you can add another effect and choose fade in and out effects with standard settings and now open the settings and keep in as 0.10s and keep out as 0.10s.
