First of all a small appeal to all our friends not to favor anyone just to tell you the story behind this situation to make you aware of this incident and as per the request made under my release I am giving this information please note carefully the former Chief Minister is currently After the arrest of opposition leader Chandrababu in the early hours of Saturday on September 9 this incident became a heart topic in two Telugu states. But in which case was he arrested and what are the facts related to this case Police identified it as a scam. If you understand the answers to all these questions what the officials are saying about it and what the YCP is talking about it I will tell you in a simple way officials say that Chandrababu has been arrested in the Skill Development Corporation scam but why was this Skill Development Corporation established and what are the benefits to the people This Skill Development Corporation is established with the intention of making students students so that they can increase their skills and provide them with self employment opportunities. In other words this skill development corporation is to provide training to unemployed youth in the state and prepare them for jobs. The main purpose of the corporation is to set up skill development centers in all the districts of the state and to create the necessary interest for training the youth of the state in those centers. The main intention is to create a job for each and every poor employee by making a development program according to the available job.
However to set up this type of centers in the state the then AP government signed an agreement with the Siemens company of Germany for 3356 crore rupees and out of that 3350 crore rupees, about ten percent that is 350 crore rupees was borne by the AP state government and the remaining 90 percent was made by Germany Siemens company. At that time the decision attracted a large number of youths in the state moreover many state representatives also came in support of this and they were prepared to examine this and set it up in their respective states but whatever the central government introduced Skill India was also decided through this scheme and after the AP Development Corporation was established so far in the state. According to the calculations by the officials 85,000 jobs have been obtained while taking 3.8 lakhs, but why did the CID cut the CPM on this matter when the then TDP government did it, the TDP state government had to give 350 crores at least 10% of it but 90% of the funds did not come from a serious company first 15 crores more than 350 crores that is 371 crores has been released in advance but this 371 crore rupees money was given by the TDP government to a Pune based DigiTech company which said that they will supply the computers and software required for these training centers. In this way these computers have been arranged with software showing fifteen rupees in the calculation. To put it simply they have shown false calculations in order to set a lot of money in this 371.
This scam was all done under the leadership of Chandrababu Garu. In this way Chandrababu has registered a case against those who diverted some crores and arrested them. However cases have been registered against a total of 36 people and 8 of them have been arrested so far. Chandrababu Naidu is one of them but this case has only come to light. A case was registered on March 10 in 2023 saying that nothing happened and in this case Somayadri Vikas Vinayak who is the MD of the digital company and a person named Mukesh Chandra Agarwal and Suresh Goyal who is the charted account owner of the four persons were arrested and their assets were also allocated in this case but this case was a scam by the digital company. It came to light and the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Jagan Mohan Reddy himself announced this in the Assembly on March 10 in 2021 and since then this matter is known to everyone. If AP government hand over this case to CID to investigate it they will investigate it and on September 9 on 2021 they will file an FIR under section 120B, 166, 168, 418, 420, 465, 468, 471 of the Prevention of Corruption Act and if it is proved they will be punished for up to 10 years. It is said that there is a possibility of falling but first CID arrested a person named Ganta Subbarao in the case and then IAS officer Lakshminarayana person was interrogated
And arrested and some people related to DigiTech company were arrested in this way 8 people have been arrested so far but no action has been taken in these cases for some time now but exceptionally With the arrest of Chandrababu Naidu who was on a visit to Nandyala today the case once again caught everyone attention. However when the police reached Nandyala at midnight to arrest Chandrababu if they tried to arrest him they would not experience anyone till half past five in the morning so the police waited till then and arrested him at around half past six. After his arrest, CPM got into a fight with the police, even though the lawyers who were there with him did not listen to what his staff activists said Chandrababu Naidu was arrested by AP CID and moved from Nandyala to Vijayawada. This is how the whole state has become a shambles. In this matter TDP and YCP are arguing against each other. This is just a political conspiracy by Jagan government to trap Chandrababu. If TDP says that the law will work then YCP is questioning the state chief minister. It is worth noting that Jaganmohan Reddy is not in the state at this time to meet his daughters and within two days of Chandrababu Naidu saying that his arrest is likely. TDP says that it was part of the achievements of the government party that CPM had information about this matter before him but another thing to be noted here is that if the case is registered in September 2021 Chandrababu will be arrested exactly two years later in the same month that is September 2023 as today is the second Saturday.
As the courts are on holiday he will need to wait for two more days to apply for bail so TDP did this. They are saying that they should not think about it but TDP is asking them to answer why the same police who arrested them YCP are talking to you but after Jagan Mohan Reddy became the CM Jagan government has built a special investigation team i.e. SIT to conduct a corruption investigation on the decisions taken by former CM Chandrababu Naidu. After the SIT inquiry the TDP got a stay in the High Court but the government again filed a case in the Supreme Court and then gave a green signal and clearly said that if anyone is arrested in this case they should show proper reasons and only then arrest them. He announced that a scam of crores of rupees had taken place but the 371 crores released to the Skill Development Corporation by the government of the day is an argument that many people are still taking training in the skill development centers established with that money however in support of Chandrababu Naidu
Janasena Party leader Pawan Kalyan also responded and strongly denied this affair and released a video saying that it is definitely a part of political conspiracy so it can be understood that Janasena Party is supporting the TDP government. Chandrababu said that the additional money released by the government for JO, besides those companies did not pay GST properly for some computers and software for the Development Corporation it is about 550 crore rupees, so Chandrababu YCP is fully responsible for this and Penyala Srinivas was Chandrababu former personal at that time. He was a secretary but they are also included in this case and now they are staying abroad. YSP says that they fled abroad because they wanted them. If they come too, many more things will come out. Chandrababu’s hand is strong behind this.
